Are you passionate about supporting local children and schools?
We’re currently looking for volunteer Community Governors to join the governing board at Wickham Common or Oak Lodge Primary Schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a part in shaping the future of our schools and make a real difference to the lives of our pupils.
👥 What does a school governor do?
- Help to set the strategic direction of the school
- Support and challenge school leaders to ensure the best outcomes for children
✅ Who can apply?
- Anyone from the local community with an interest in education
- No previous experience needed – full training and support is provided
- People who are able to attend six local governing board meetings a year and visit the school termly
